Lotus Village - New Sukhothai

Lotus Village - New Sukhothai

I stayed at the Lotus Village for one night as they didn’t have any more rooms available for the next day.  I am quite glad of that though.  The room cost 900 Baht per night with air con, fridge and shower, but NO TV or breakfast.  The room was nice, but certainly not worth 900 baht without TV and breakfast.  Remember there is no nightlife in Sukhothai, therefore, a TV is essential unless you like going to bed at 9.00pm!

The Lotus Village is also infested with Mosquito’s due to the water and trees.  At 6.30am when I had breakfast there were 30-40 or so mosquito’s flying around.  I asked them for a mosquito coil but it was pretty ineffective.
