Bus to Sukhothai

You will be able to purchase your ticket to Sukhothai from the bus station beside the Grand Hotel Ayuthaya. You will need to buy your ticket at least 1 day prior to departure to ensure you have a seat.

A Tuk Tuk will take you to the Bus Station for 80 Baht. 

The ticket costs 320 baht which includes a stop for lunch.  The bus leaves the station at 11.40am, arriving Sukhothai at 6.00pm.  The name of the bus is
Bangkok – Sawankholok.

On arrival at the Sukhothai Bus Station, there are a couple of Tuk Tuks waiting just outside. Don’t be afraid to use the disabled man. His driving seems to be fine, although he may take you to the wrong guesthouse to start with, but just tell him again where you are going.  You will get there eventually.
