Dugout Boat - Inle Lake. Nyaungshwe

A nice tour to arrange is a three hour boat trip in a dug out boat around the outskirts of Inle where you will paddle through small waterways, floating villages and visit a wooden floating monastery to view the sunset. 

There is a resident monk that seems to live here by himself with a few cats, he is a bit eccentric I think and likes to recite information about which ever country you come from. Please leave a donation as he provides some fruit and nuts for his visitors.
