Internet - Mandalay

There are several internet shops in Mandalay though you may have to hunt around for them. I found one for 1000 kyats per hour, but don't expect to access your hotmail or yahoo account. Some shops have alternative methods to get you into your Yahoo or Gmail account but hotmail seems to quite difficult. Therefore, before you go to Myanmar, sign up for a yahoo account, you will have more success.

But, BEWARE of viruses, not all shops have antivirus software and if you are plugging in your memory cards or external hard drives to back up photos, you will almost certainly get a virus, which will be transferred to the next place you visit.
