Luang Prabang is a Unesco World Heritage Site, which comes with it certain advantages.  You will NOT find any 50 seater buses full of package tourists running about the town spewing out pollution.  Buses are limited to small 20 seaters! 

I think this law should be applied to every tourist site in the World.
