Tat Kuang Si and Tat Sae Waterfalls

These are the two big waterfalls in Luang Prabang.  I booked a Tuk Tuk from the Rama Hotel for a supposedly good price of $18 USD to see both waterfalls.  After I had visited the first waterfall, Tat Kuang Si, I asked the driver to take me to Tat Sae Waterfall. At this point he started asking for more money, another $10 infact!  I told him I was not paying anymore and to take me back to the hotel.

I made a complaint about the driver to the Rama Hotel, but the staff were far from interested.
